Refund policy

1. General Return Eligibility
Most items can be returned within 30 days from the shipping date.
Items must be factory sealed. 
For defective items, we will ship replacement parts or provide a prepaid return label for a full replacement.
Open boxes or non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% or may not be eligible for return.

2. Specific Cases and Exceptions:
Non-cancellable: DJI Drones, made-to-order products, bulk orders
Non-returnable: DJI Drones, refurbished products, medical products, and thermal imaging cameras and drones, Activated products (including robotic equipment)

3. Cancellation and Return Process
Cancellation: if you want to cancel an order, please send an email to [email protected]/[email protected] 
with your order number and the reason for cancellation. If we are able to cancel the order before it ships, you will be refunded in 2-3 business days. If not, please start a return.
